Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final once a product has been delivered, except in the situations below.

When you can get a refund

• You never received your product.

When refunds aren't available

• You changed your mind after the product was delivered.
• Your system doesn't meet the requirements listed on the product page.
• Your license was revoked for breaking our Terms of Service, including sharing or reselling your key.
• A third party placed restrictions on your accounts.

How to request a refund
Contact us within 7 days of your purchase in our Discord, and include your order ID and a description of the problem.

Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. We'll work with you to fix the problem. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your license being revoked.

This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under the law.
