These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to every purchase from and use of SolsticeHub ("we," "us," "our"), operated by [business legal name], including our website, products and support. By buying or using our products, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't buy or use them.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use our products. If you're under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Our products
We sell digital software tools. After purchase, you receive access through a license key, download or account, depending on the product. Product pages describe features, requirements and the license length.

3. Your license
When you buy a product, we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use it for the purchased period and on the number of devices stated on the product page. You are buying a license to use the software. You do not own it.

4. What you may not do
You may not:

• share, resell, rent, give away or transfer your license key, account or files to anyone else
• copy, redistribute, upload, leak or publish our software or any part of it
• modify, reverse engineer, decompile, crack or bypass any protection or licensing system in our products
• use our products or any part of them to build or sell a competing product
• use our products for anything illegal

If you break these rules, we may revoke your license immediately without a refund and take further action, including legal action.

5. Intellectual property
All software, content, branding and designs from SolsticeHub belong to us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

6. Payments
Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and we never see or store your full card details.

7. Subscriptions
If a product is sold as a subscription, it renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

8. Delivery
Products are delivered digitally, usually instantly after payment, by email or on your order page. If you don't receive your product, contact support.

9. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

10. Chargebacks
If you have a problem with your order, contact us first. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in your license being revoked and your access to future purchases being blocked.

11. Updates and availability
We may update, change or discontinue features at any time. We don't guarantee that our products will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every system, and updates to third-party software may temporarily affect how our products work.

12. Third-party platforms
SolsticeHub is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any game developer, publisher or platform. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. You are responsible for following all laws and any third-party terms that apply to you. Using third-party tools with games or platforms may break their rules and can lead to restrictions on your accounts. You use our products at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any action a third party takes against your accounts.

13. No warranty
Our products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost data or lost accounts. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms.

16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be on this page, and continuing to use our products means you accept the changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
